Steeple Cast turns a few iPhones and an iPad into a multi-camera production system. Volunteers point the phones. One person runs the service from the iPad. It mixes the audio from your sound board and streams to YouTube.

iPhones become wireless cameras over your own Wi-Fi. The iPad switches between them, with tally lights so operators know when they are live.
The room mix is tuned for the room, not for headphones at home. Steeple Cast takes the raw channels off a Behringer X32 and builds a separate broadcast mix, with per-channel processing suited to voices and instruments.
Connect your channel once on the web dashboard. Pressing Go Live creates that week's broadcast with the right title, privacy and thumbnail, and streams to it. No stream keys to copy on a Sunday morning.
It measures what actually reaches the network, warns before YouTube starts buffering, and lets you ease the bitrate down mid-service without stopping the stream. There is also a check you can run before the service starts.
Sign in with Google on the dashboard. That account manages your church's settings and is the only place your YouTube connection lives.
One click on the Account tab. Steeple Cast can then create each service's broadcast for you, with your title pattern, privacy setting and thumbnail.
The dashboard shows a QR code. Scan it once from the app and the iPad knows where to stream, for good.
